JAIL HOUSE ROLLS 
1 c. mashed potatoes (not instant)
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
7 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water

Mix yeast in water. Set aside for later. Mix potatoes, butter, eggs, salt and sugar. Blend into flour. Add yeast, water, blend well. Place into greased bowl. Cover with cold damp cloth and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Roll 1/4 inch thick and cut. Butter top and let raise. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
