FONDUE BREAD 
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1-2 tbsp. honey
2 pkg. yeast (dry)
2 eggs
1 lb. cheese - Muenster and cheddar (or your 2 choices)
Optional spices (pinch of each) : parsley, black pepper, and fennel seed

Heat milk, butter, and honey. Combine 1 cup flour and yeast; stir into milk and mix. Begin adding flour, stir in about 1 cup at a time. Take dough out and knead 8-10 minutes. Let dough rest. While dough is resting, shred cheese, add 1 egg yolk (save white). Add spices. Roll out dough about 10 x 24 inches. Put cheese in middle of dough; fold over and seal. Put bread in oblong or round pan sprayed with cooking spray. Put egg whites over loaf. Almond slices on top (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If bread browns too soon, cover with foil.
