POPPY COCK 
3 qts. popped corn
1/2 c. to 1 c. pecans or peanuts
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Spread popped corn on large cookie sheet. Add 1/2 or 1 cup nuts, your preference. Mix brown sugar, butter, Karo syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add soda, butter flavoring and vanilla. Stir. Dribble over popcorn; stir well. Place in 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
