1 1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, minced
1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1/4 c. oil

Saute above ingredients.

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 can beef gravy
3 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 pkg. Tempo Swedish meat ball mix

Form meat balls and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Cook in frying pan until thick and pour over meatballs in crock pot.
