SWEDISH MEAT BALL AND SAUCE 
1 lb. ground hamburger
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/2 c milk
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients together, shape into 1 inch balls and place in baking dish. Pour over them the following sauce and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375°F or until meat balls are done. Stir after 30 minutes.

Yield: 12 meatballs, 135 calories each.

SAUCE:

(Amount may be doubled.)

1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1 onion
3/4 c. water
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)

Sauce in 12 portions = 195 calories each serving (if all of sauce is consumed).

Meat balls and sauce can be made ahead and stored separately.
