SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
1 medium onion, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. canned milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix soup and water in large pot; add onion and carrots. Simmer. Combine ground beef, egg, milk, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Make balls; brown. Add meat balls to soup mixture. Simmer until carrots and onion are tender. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

Serves 6.
