Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, and 3/4 cup nuts. Melt 1 stick butter and add to flour; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

Mix 1 package regular vanilla and 1 chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups milk; heat until boiling.

Beat together 1 large package cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 large container Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, then spread pudding mixture over this. Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Chill about 4 hours.
