1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice with herbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cold water
1 tsp. parsley
Dash of curry powder
6-8 pieces of chicken
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Lightly grease casserole. Mix first 6 ingredients and place chicken on top. Sprinkle chicken with onion soup mix; seal with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Don't peek!
