OLD VIRGINIA BRUNCH DISH | |
For a quick brunch dish that will serve as many as you wish - spray a shallow 8 x 13 inch glass dish with non-stick spray. Then line with ham or Canadian bacon. Top with a layer of Swiss cheese. Break eggs (1 dozen is a good number), over all. Drizzle cream over the egg whites until the yolks peek through. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes more. Cut in squares to serve. |
