1 c. + 1 tbsp. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs (beaten thoroughly)
3 c. plain flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract
Pinch salt
Nutmeg

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Add flour, a little at a time, alternating with milk. Add flavorings and salt.

Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until done.
