LITTLE FOOLER RITZ PIE 
2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Bring to a boil and drop 22 Ritz crackers; boil 2 minutes. DO NOT STIR. Pour into unbaked pie shell and dot with butter and cinnamon topping.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour

Mix all together and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
