RITZ CRACKER PIE 
20 Ritz crackers, crumble
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
Cool whip

Crumble crackers, add 1/2 off sugar, nuts and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff, add rest of sugar. Fold into first mixture. Pour into well buttered pie plate. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip.
