RITZ CRACKER PIE 
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Bitter chocolate

Combine cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and nuts. Beat egg whites with remaining sugar and baking powder until peaks form. Fold crumb mixture into whites. Bake in greased pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Chill. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Yield: 6 servings.
