RITZ CRACKER PIE | |
20-30 Ritz crackers 1 c. sugar 3 egg whites 3/4 c. pecans, chopped 1 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Stir in crumbled crackers, vanilla and nuts. Place into a buttered pie pan, and bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with Cool Whip. |
