2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Milk Recipe Original Ranch salad dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 c. red bell pepper, diced
1/2 celery, diced
1 can sliced black olives, pitted and drained (optional)

Mix cream cheese, salad dressing mix, and green onions. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Then roll and wrap tightly. Chill for 2 hours. Slice off ends of the roll. Cut roll into 1 inch slices (or desired size). Makes 3 dozen.
