"PUTTIN' ON THE RITZ" | |
60 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter 2 sm. boxes vanilla INSTANT pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip Crush crackers. Melt butter and pour in with crackers. Mix and press in a 13 x 9 inch pan for crust. Mix pudding, milk and ice cream - mixer. Pour over crust and let stand in refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Spread Cool Whip over it. Save some for on top of Cool Whip (1/4 cup). |
