RITZ CRACKER COOKIE 
8 oz. chopped dates
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped pecans
Ritz crackers

TOPPING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Or use Betty Crocker Sour Cream Frosting

Combine dates and Eagle Brand milk in saucepan. Bring to boil and cook until thick, 5 minutes or less. Add chopped nuts. Spread on Ritz crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, let cool.
