8-10 chicken breasts, split
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina Dressing
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix

Blend preserves, dressing and onion soup mix and let stand. Precook chicken 20- 25 minutes. Remove cover and baste generously with sauce and continue cooking, covered. Add additional sauce 25-30 minutes before serving, and bake uncovered until golden. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes (or until chicken is fork tender) at 325 degrees.
