2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 slices American processed cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic
Salt & black pepper to taste

Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour. Add milk and other ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Serve over cooked vegetables.
