This recipe is great! I used sour cream instead of milk and added two more pieces of cheese. Also I added some mild cheddar cheese and it is wonderful! Great for fast mac n/ cheese! :) thx

This was a hit over broccoli!! My husband is picky and always says her doesn't like the cheese I use. I have tried many types and recipes. This is the only one he likes and plus it's so easy to make and I always have these ingredients on hand!

Oh man I was skeptical but this recipe was super super easy and really really tasty & creamy. My daughter actually ate her broccoli with the help of this cheese sauce. It helped that it was made with her favorite cheese!

This was delicious. Though I did add another slice of American, 1 ounce of sharp cheddar cheese, and 1/2 tsp of black ground pepper.

Ok, for time and being simple. This is perfect, I am sure there are many complicated cheese recipes but I needed something fast and this is just that and the kids loved it.
