2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 heaping tbsp. Cheese Whiz (approx. half of an 8 oz. jar)
Dash of pepper

In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and stir on medium fire, let thicken. Add milk. (If too thick, add a small amount of milk.) Add pepper. Blend in with Cheese Whiz.
