SQUASH CASSEROLE DELUXE 
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 stick butter
6 or 8 cooked and mashed yellow squash
2 grated carrots
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Toss stuffing with melted butter. Cover greased casserole with half of stuffing, mix other ingredients and add to casserole. Top with remaining stuffing mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Better if made the day before.
