STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries, thawed to room temperature

Mix dry ingredients. Make a well in center. Add liquid ingredients and mix by hand until moistened. Pour into bread pans that have been buttered and sugared. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool on rack. Freezes well.
