Strawberry Jam Bread

I have made this recipe several times with various homemade jams all with very good results. Sadly, I don't make strawberry jam; however, this recipe has turned out great with pluot jam, wild blackberry jam, and plum jam. As far as I can tell so far, this is a quick and fantastic recipe with any good fruit jam. It's a great breakfast sweet bread and, in fact, makes a good snack at just about any time.

I made this bread today and it turned out beautifully. And was so moist and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly. It made 8 mini loaves. I took them out at 35 minutes. I'll definitely be making it with other flavored jams.
