CRUNCHY HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
1 c. Colby or Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. (8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions

Cook broccoli spears for 3 minutes. Drain. Set aside. Cook macaroni. Combine macaroni and ham in 3-quart casserole. Blend soup, sour cream and milk. Pour half of the mixture over ham and macaroni. Arrange broccoli on top. Pour remaining soup mixture over macaroni and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Top with crushed French fried onions.

Bake 5 minutes more.
