SWEET POTATO, CRUNCHY TOP CASSEROLE | |
4 c. canned mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk Combine and mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 stick melted butter 1 c. chopped pecans Mix the topping ingredients which forms a lumpy mixture. Sprinkle mixture over the sweet potato casserole. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. |
