SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 c. bread crumbs, soaked in 1/4 cup milk
1 c. chopped onion sauteed in 1/3 cup butter
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 egg yolks

Mix above ingredients, shape into tiny balls. Brown in skillet; pour into serving pan or dish. Measure liquid from pan, add water to make 1 cup; combine with 1 pint sour cream. Spoon off any accumulated grease. Pour liquid over meatballs. Keep warm. Serve over egg noodles. Sprinkle noodles with Caraway seeds if desired. Amply serves 10.
