1 1/2 lb. ground beef Onion salt or chopped onion to taste 1 can mild enchilada sauce 2 c. sour cream 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. parsley flakes 6 c. wide egg noodles, cooked & drained Cheese Mild salsa Brown meat with onion; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce. Combine sour cream, cream cheese and parsley; mix well. In buttered 9 x 13 inch pan layer half of noodles, cheese mixture and remaining noodles. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with grated cheese and melt. Serve with mild chile salsa. |
