RANCHERO CHILI PIE | |
2 env. Lipton cream of chicken flavor cup-a-soup instant soup 1 c. water 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked 1 can (7 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained 2 toasted corn muffins, cut into 1 inch pieces In medium skillet, blend cup-a-soup with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in tuna, corn and green chilies. Simmer, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with muffin pieces. |
