RANCHERO DIP 
1 can jalapeno bean dip
1 lg. container sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can chopped green chilies
2 ripe avocados
1 tbsp. lime juice
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 lg. chopped tomato
6 oz. sliced black olives

On large platter thinly spread bean dip. Peel, pit and mash avocados. Add lime juice. Spread mixture over bean dip.

Combine in bowl sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread mixture over avocado mixture. Sprinkle green chilies, green onions, black olives, tomato and cheese over mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
