RANCHERO DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sliced green onions
1 c. finely chopped tomatoes
1 bag tortilla chips
1 (6 oz.) can jalapeno flavored bean dip
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chillies, drained
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 med. sized ripe avacodos
3 oz. pitted ripe olives, chopped
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

On shallow serving platter, thinly spread bean dip. In small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Spread over bean dip. Sprinkle with chillies, peep, pit and mash avacodos in another bowl. Combine with lime juice, salt and garlic powder. Spread over chillies, sprinkle with cheese, then another layer of onions, a layer of tomatoes and finally olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
