SUGARLESS IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. artificial sweeter or 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (sm. can)
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or your own)

Blend mix 3 minutes until fluffy. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Insert knife after 40 minutes to test. Makes its own crust.

Coconut Cream Pie: Omit pumpkin and spices. Add 1/2 cup of coconut, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/2 cup sugar in place of 3/4. May use 3 egg instead of 4.
