JALAPENO CHEDDAR GRITS 
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. instant grits

Cook grits 3 to 5 minutes. Add: 4 or 5 oz. sharp cheddar cheese 2 eggs, well beaten Dash garlic salt 6 tsp. jalapeno relish

Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
