STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
LAYER 1 CRUST:

2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter

Mix pretzels, melted butter, and sugar together. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool.

LAYER 2 AND 3:

1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Cream sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour over pretzel mixture. Layer 3: Dissolve large package of Jello in 2 cups boiling water, strawberries and pineapple. Chill until thickened. Pour over cheese mixture. Chill until firm.
