STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. water
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries

1. Crush pretzels. Melt butter and add 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix with pretzels and place in a 9x13 dish. Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees and then cool.

2. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar together and fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled pretzel crust.

3. Add the strawberry gelatin to 2 cups boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries and stir until berries are separated. Put in refrigerator until it starts to set. Pour over the cream cheese mixture in baking pan and let set in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
