BRUNCH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 lb. cheese (American, Colby, etc.)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can Crescent rolls

Roll out crescent rolls into bottom of greased 9"x13" pan. Press seams together to make 1 solid piece of dough. Brown sausage and drain off fat. Sprinkle sausage over dough. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over top of sausage. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, covered with foil, 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook 15 minutes more. May be refrigerated before cooking.
