BRUNCH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 crescent roll pkg.
1 lb. pkg. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean preferred)
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Dash of salt & pepper

8 crescent roll package - put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan so seams are pressed tight together. 1 pound package bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean), cooked and drained well, sprinkled on top of rolls. Cook 8 minutes in microwave. Stir sausage 3 times. 8 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese, sprinkle on top of sausage and rolls. 4 eggs and 3/4 cup of milk, dash of salt and pepper mixed together and pour on top. Bake 325-350 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust browns, let sit for 5 minutes to settle.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
