NO COOK MINT PATTIES | |
1/3 c. light corn syrup 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. peppermint extract 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lb. confectioner's sugar 1 drop red and green food coloring Blend corn syrup, butter, and peppermint. Divide mixture into three parts. Make 1 part red, 1 part green, and leave 1 part white. Shape into balls and flatten with fork (on wax paper). Let dry. |
