SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 med. green pepper, sweet
2 bunches green onions
1 dozen boiled eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen crab meat
Ranch dressing

Boil eggs and thaw; drain frozen crabmeat. Break crab meat into bite-size. Chop green pepper, onions and boiled eggs.

Combine all ingredients and add Ranch dressing to taste. Chill overnight and serve on lettuce leaves or on crackers for appetizers.
