SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 pkgs. imitation crab meat or fresh crab meat
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
4 to 5 cloves fresh pressed garlic
2 to 3 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise (use own judgment)

Wash crab meat - set aside. Chop celery and olives, add fresh garlic. Add crab met and mayonnaise. Mix all together. Let sit in refrigerator 1 hour. Serve on hard rolls. Enjoy!
