GREEN PEPPER STUFFING (20 pound
bird)
 
1 loaf white bread
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. liver, minced
3 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tsp. sage
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion, pepper, celery and liver in some butter. Heat milk and butter. Pour over torn bread; mix in saute mixture. Add eggs, seasonings. Put into turkey. Bake as usual.
