BLUSHING ROSE PUNCH 
1 pt. cranberry juice cocktail
1 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 (28 oz.) bottles chilled ginger ale
1 qt. raspberry sherbet
Lime and/or lemon slices
Ice ring

Combine cranberry juice cocktail, lemon juice and sugar. Blend well and chill. To serve, pour over ice ring in punch bowl. Add chilled ginger ale, then gently stir in sherbet. Garnish with lemon and/or lime slices.

To make ice ring: Use Bundt cake pan. lay colorful fruit around in a circle. Barely cover with cranberry juice mixture -- or you can use water or a light-colored fruit juice. After it is frozen, add more juice or water to make it about 2 inches thick.
