ROSE'S CRANBERRY TORTE 
4 lg. eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (NOT canned)
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. flour

Combine flour, cranberries and nuts in large mixer bowl. In small bowl, beat eggs until light color, gradually adding sugar. Beat until thick. Add vanilla and fold in oil. Fold egg mixture into cranberries. Pour into 9x13 inch pan which has been lined with wax paper. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This is good plain, or with whipped cream or a light whipped dairy topping. This is original recipe by Rose, who is well known for her great cooking!
