2 lbs. ground beef
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled & cubed
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper

Brown beef with onions, drain. Place in casserole dish with potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Dot with butter, add 1/2 cup milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
