CHUCK WAGON 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. water
2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced olives
2 c. wide noodles

In large pot, melt butter, saute onion. Add meat and brown slowly. Have all first ingredients chopped ahead of time. Layer rest of ingredients over meat mixture in order above. Cover and bring to a boil. Do not remove cover. Turn to low. Simmer 30-35 minutes and with can of whole tomatoes chopped, also add juice from can.
