1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 carton sm. curd cottage cheese

Blend ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in well-greased pans. Bake in 375 degree oven until brown. Form dough into a ball, flour and roll out on floured board into pie shape and cut into small pie shape slices and roll up and then place on greased cookie sheets. Frost while warm. DO NOT COVER (as tend to get soggy). Can be frozen. Oh, so delicious.
