BUTTERHORN BUNS 
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan and heat until butter melts. Put yeast in bowl and dissolve with some milk mixture. Add eggs. Add flour and mix. Mixture will be sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts. On floured board, roll into circles. Cut into 12 pie slices. Roll up and let rise about 3 hours. Bake on cookie sheets for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Brush with butter. These are good and easy. NO KNEADING!
