CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. POPPED corn
1/2 c. corn syrup or maple syrup
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
Salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Pop corn and place in brown paper sack. In batter bowl mix sugar, syrup, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes on high in microwave. Add vanilla and soda and stir. Pour over popcorn in sack. Shake well.

Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes and SHAKE.

Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes and SHAKE.

Microwave on HIGH 1/2 minute and SHAKE.

Microwave on HIGH 1/2 minutes and SHAKE.

Pour onto cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
