EASY MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
16 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 Karo syrup (dark)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine in microwave safe bowl popped corn, brown sugar, butter and Karo syrup. Cook 2 minutes on high. Stir and cook 3 more minutes, stirring after each mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Stir and pour over popped corn in a bag and shake. Place bag in microwave oven for another minute on high. Shake. Place in microwave oven for 30 seconds on high. Put carameled corn on baking sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
