MICROWAVE BROWN BAG CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 qts. popped corn

Combine sugar, butter and syrup in 1 1/2-2 quart microwave safe bowl. Put in microwave on high and bring to boil. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in vanilla and soda. Put popped corn in a brown paper bag. Pour syrup over corn and shake after closing bag.

Cook in bag on high 1 1/2 minutes. Remove, shake bag, cook another 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from oven, pour onto large tray or cookie sheet and cool. Keep in tightly closed container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
